Peaceflow is a growing system. Technology and psychology are evolving. Here we document the deep workings of the core capabilities that are usable in production today – and which functions we are currently working on.
The detailed level of the six core capabilities described on the homepage.
1:1 text-based conversations for reflection, preparation, and clarification. Peaceflow structures complex situations by analyzing real conflict types. It differentiates and specifically supports personal, professional, and interpersonal tensions.
Not a fleeting chat. The system remembers the entire context across sessions and seamlessly connects to previous insights. Conversations never start from scratch for the user. Available cross-platform in any modern browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome).
Dynamic access to sound professional frameworks. Depending on the situational requirement, the system switches its methodology between: mediation, mental health, coaching, negotiation, sales, and law. The perspective adapts to the situation – not the other way around.
Creation of protected, digital spaces via invitation link. Enables multiple conflict parties to use the system asynchronously or synchronously for joint preparation, structured clarification, or guided reflection.
Sensitive, continuous situational awareness. An integrated emergency scoring (scale 1–10) evaluates the emotional and situational risk of inputs in real-time. At critical escalation levels, the system immediately and restrictively adjusts its tone and suggested steps.
Privacy by Design: Chats are not used to train or improve AI models. Protective mechanisms automatically detect and remove personally identifiable information (PII) prior to processing. Secure access via basic authentication with minimal user data.
What we are currently working on. Our expert knowledge is continuously expanded through ongoing research and interviews with practitioners.
